Unlike another groomer in same area, the groomer here is patient, thorough, and does a beautiful job right down to the smooth toenails -- not left rough like other groomers. And it is so refreshing to set up an appointment and then be called when your pet is ready to go home. I never did like being told to drop off my dog in early morning and pick him up later in the day-- "but call first, because we can't be expected to call you when he's ready." At Kinder Kritter your dog doesn't sit in a crate all day facing a wall until groomer has time to fit him in. All employees here are so pleasant and routinely in good spirits -- a sign of excellent management. This is the place to go."

"We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and they do an awesome job! We use their daycare as well as their boarding and grooming services and I pick my dogs up and can tell that they were genuinely cared about by the staff! My dogs are weirdos one of them is very very skittish and there is absolutely no other place that I would feel comfortable leaving my dogs. Plus they come home exhausted and calm which is great! All of the dogs are constantly supervised. They also have a WebCam if you feel like checking in on your dogs. We won a doggie daycare certificate in a drawing for ANOTHER daycare so we used it.
